1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "55ac" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 55ac.one and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "User", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the 55ac platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User to access 55ac services.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held within a User's 55ac account, inclusive of real-money deposits and eligible bonus funds where separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a User's account under a specific offer, subject to separate wagering terms.
• "Services" means the casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slots, jackpots and all other gambling and entertainment products made available through the 55ac platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 55ac account, accessing the platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the 55ac platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of 55ac is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 55ac operates a strict 18+ policy. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be using the platform of your own free will and for personal, recreational purposes only.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by 55ac or any other gambling operator.
• You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of 55ac complies with all local, regional and national laws and regulations that apply to you.
• You must not act as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using the 55ac platform.

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the 55ac registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Each individual may maintain only one active 55ac account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed. If you have forgotten your account credentials, you must use the password recovery function rather than register a new account.

55ac reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

55ac is required to verify the identity of its account holders as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of your registered address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account in your name).

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 55ac may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension or permanent closure. 55ac may withhold withdrawals pending successful identity verification.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All 55ac accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 55ac's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your 55ac account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method but JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. 55ac reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account cashier at the time of the request.

55ac does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. All funds deposited must originate from accounts held in the name of the registered 55ac account holder.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 55ac may offer bonuses, promotional free bets, deposit matches, free spins or other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• 55ac reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the terms of a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, or collusion — will result in the bonus being voided, winnings forfeited and the account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to 55ac support immediately. 55ac reserves the right to reclaim incorrectly credited bonuses at any time.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in a casino game on the 55ac platform, you agree that:

• All bets are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• 55ac reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced, or placed after the relevant event or game round has concluded.
• Winnings are credited to your 55ac account balance upon settlement of the relevant market or completion of the game round.
• 55ac casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from independently licensed software providers. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined independently of any action taken by 55ac.
• In the event of a technical failure, any affected game rounds or bet settlements will be subject to 55ac's technical incident policy, which may result in the voiding of the affected rounds and return of stakes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55ac platform and will result in account suspension, balance review and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion or account ban.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, spinning games or claiming bonuses.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering or fraudulent transaction through the 55ac payment system.
• Attempting to access, copy, modify or reverse-engineer any part of the 55ac platform, its software or its content without express written permission.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

55ac is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. The platform provides the following tools, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a specified play duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a temporary exclusion of 30, 90 or 180 days, or a permanent exclusion from all 55ac services. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display or create derivative works from any 55ac content without prior written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ac shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions or errors in game software.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of profits, opportunity or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 55ac's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination

55ac reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon account closure for cause, 55ac reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by 55ac without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 55ac platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. As a User, you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 55ac is lawful under the laws of Pakistan and your specific location. 55ac makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

15. Amendments

55ac reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 55ac will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform interface or by email to the registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
